At ShiftLX™, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure the highest quality and safety, each supplement is prepared individually for every order so we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or if you receive the wrong item.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your order has an issue, contact us within 25 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem and a clear photo of the item. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or refund your original payment method.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the wrong shipping address was provided, the order was unclaimed, rejected by customs or if supplement bottles have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
